Dear Parents/Caregivers of Team 4,
Welcome back to the start of the 2012 school year. We trust you and your family had a relaxing break over the Christmas and New Year period. A special welcome to the children and parents new to Freyberg Community School!
The teachers of Team 4 have planned another fun filled, action packed year. We would like to share our Term 1 programme with you. The topics (with the theme identity - our place in the world) we are studying team wide this term are:

Syndicate singing - Mondays 2.30pm - 3.00pm
Classes will cover the rest of the curriculum individually. Each classroom will have their own regular homework programme.
Some important events to note this term are:
* Visit to the Maritime Museum - weeks 4 and 5
* Inter school cricket – February 28. Postponement day – March 1
* Team 4 swimming – March 5 – 16
* Life Education Caravan visit – March 14 to March 23
* Inter school athletics – March 27. Postponement day – March 29
* School Athletics Day – April 3
* School finishes for the term – Thursday April 5
